Cantilever shelves themselves feature a modular structure, easily assembled and adjustable in height, consisting of vertical elements (shelf base), with a perforation pitch of 100 mm, and horizontal elements (consoles) of different lengths and thicknesses. Thus, the wide diversity of elements allows the construction to be adjusted in length, height and number of levels, so that the finished product perfectly meets the requirements of the applicant and the conditions imposed by the studied storage space.
The shelf leg is composed of two C-profile metal bars, robotically welded end-to-end. The legs are fixed to each other using bracings that ensure the rigidity of the construction. The consoles have a steel C-profile. The arm is fixed to the posts by a simple hook, the joint being additionally secured with a safety nail. The shelves are fixed to the floor with metal anchors.
The anti-corrosion protection of the shelves is ensured by powder coating with polymer powder, with a layer thickness of at least 80 microns, as follows: posts - blue RAL 5010, consoles - orange RAL 2008. At your request, for a fee, we can offer you any color from the RAL range or galvanizing the materials (for exterior use).
The production of the shelves is carried out in a fully automated factory, thus ensuring high quality materials.
