Drive-In Pallet Rackingis an efficient storage solution designed for deep storage of palletized goods, being ideal for warehouses with high volume of homogeneous products and controlled stock rotation. The system allows forklift access directly inside the structure, eliminating the need for aisles between rows and thus maximizing the use of available space, both horizontally and vertically.

The Drive-In racking structure is modular and robust, consisting of vertical posts, side frames, pallet support rails and guide elements, all sized according to the type of pallet, the weight of the load and the storage height. The pallets are stored on metal rails, positioned on several levels, allowing the system to be configured according to the desired capacity. The system operates, as standard, on the principle ofLIFO (Last In – First Out), being suitable for stocks with a similar shelf life.

Drive-In pallet racks are designed to ensure stability and safety in operation, being equipped with bracing, pallet stops and impact protection for the posts, designed to reduce the risk of damage during forklift operation. The structure is fixed to the floor with metal anchors, guaranteeing the rigidity of the assembly even under conditions of intensive use.

Anti-corrosion protection is provided by electrostatic painting with polymer powder, with a layer thickness of at least 80 microns, using standard industrial colors. At the customer's request, the systems can be delivered incustomized colors from the RAL rangeorgalvanized, recommended solution for cold storage or environments with high humidity.
