Metal Mezzanine Shelvespresents a modular, robust and easily assembled structure, designed for the efficient exploitation of vertical space in warehouses and industrial halls. The system is made up of vertical load-bearing elements (metal columns), main and secondary beams, as well as the working platform, all sized according to the required load and the configuration of the available space. The modularity of the system allows the construction to be adjusted in height, length and width, as well as the creation of one or more levels, so that the final solution perfectly meets the requirements of the beneficiary and the conditions imposed by the analyzed storage space.
The supporting columns are made of high-strength metal profiles, designed to take on high static and dynamic loads. They are connected to each other by beams and braces that ensure the rigidity and stability of the entire structure. The Mezzanine platform can be made of metal gratings or profiled sheet / industrial chipboard panels, depending on the application, ensuring a safe and durable working surface. Access is via metal stairs, and the system can be completed with protective railings, safety gates and other auxiliary elements.
The structure is fixed by anchoring the posts to the floor with certified metal anchors, guaranteeing stability in operation. Anti-corrosion protection is ensured by electrostatic painting with polymer powder, with a layer thickness of at least 80 microns. In the standard configuration, the structural elements are finished in industrial colors, and upon customer request they can be deliveredcustomized finishes from the RAL rangeorGALVANIZING, recommended for applications in humid or outdoor environments.
The production of components is carried out in modern, fully automated manufacturing units, which guaranteesdimensional accuracy, superior material quality and compliance with industry standardsin force.
